About

mountains, underwater

We are all about childlike wisdom and wonder.

Young girl with brown hair wearing a pink sweater and pants, crouching on a rocky shoreline, looking at an object in her hand near a river.

I remember being little like this. A listener.

I remember how everything was captivating and complete.

Later, I learned that after we do things, we turn them into stories. We arrange the raw beauty into a line so that we can tell other people about it. Make it ordered with a plot; sequenced with a good ending; entertaining and sculpted for a friend.

Well, we’re not doing that here.

We’re keeping it simple. Breaking stories down to their dust, sharing incomplete questions, and featuring the overlooked and the ordinary. We are placing you, the reader, on center stage by inviting you to have a little fun unriddling a book without a story.
